Re: It's going in tonight!!!

Ready to hear some updates on your progress. Any seat time yet? All the bugs killed yet? I know I had plenty and still chasing a few around. Since it's been almost a month since your last post on this, something tells me the young'n has came along and the work had to stop for awhile. Been there, done that.

Re: It's going in tonight!!!

Sorry guys I sent BGRAFX the link to this thread to see some of the stuff at the farm and didnt notice it got brought back up

That 350 threw a rod and I ended up going with a 454 th400 in the blazer instead. I am currently looking for another project to use the blower motor on though.

Hey now, I know a stock looking 454 isnt as sexy as a blown motor but I promise the big block we put together can get the job done too ha ha. As soon as I get the rear gears done I post some pics and track times.

My buddy is the kind of guy that has 220 acres, all the time in the world and not short on cash so it's really hard to get him to sell ANYTHING . He just picked up a 2.5 ton that he converted to single 42" tires iirc (cant remember the size) and a couple cool looking military trailers too!! I'll get some pics this week

Re: It's going in tonight!!!

I bet that dog could piss on tires all year and never hit the same one twice.

Hate to hear the motor blew. I've never thought of them as old school, they're just so dang expensive few people bother. I'd love to have one.
