69 Longbed Home Pics..

Well here are the first home pics of my $1000.00 69 Longbed 3/4. I plan to turn it into a tow vehicle for all my other projects. First order of business will be fixing the ingnition switch to operate on the key only instead of the push button. I am also planning to do the engine gaskets. Got some valve cover leakage but overall she ran great for the 60 minute drive home... It has a 350/400 turbo. I am extremely happy with the truck. Got my eyes on a set of 2500HD aluminum wheels on ebay to spruce things up a little. I will also paint her this year. No real rust areas but there is surface rust I want to take care of. I will also rhino line the bed...

Nice truck. Lot's of potential there. It should make a great tow rig.

I like the look with the stock wheel covers but i'm sure some newer wheels would look good too.
