Question

I have a new battery and alt but yet my headlights still go dim them regular when i drive it. Its like something is pulling my juice from somewhere.

They look dim all the time or gradually go dim?

its like they cut out for a second and then normal but its very noticeable. hard to explan.

could be a ground issue or something going wrong with your switch. Make sure your grounds are not rusty at the areas that they connect etc.
I'm not 100% on this but just what I would check. Hopefully someone will chime in and offer some advice.

Thanks. Also remembered that my bright lights dont work anymore. You can really see them go dim when i turn the heat on.

Thats probably your switch. AFA them going dim......well I think that's normal.
You can do the relay mod to fix that problem and they'll end up much brighter.
