Are these drop spindles?

I bought these on somebodies word that they were 3" Belltechs, but now I'm hoping I didn't get ripped. The only markings are C10 LH / C10 RH. I'm second guessing if these are even drop spindles let alone Belltechs. If the shaft is centered and not towards the bottom they are drop spindles right????

I went up to West Palm Beach to pick these damn spindles up, tried to get back earlier to make Fuddruckers but didn't make it back in time. Give me a call so we can meet up.

They "look" like dropped spindles.

Re: Did I get ripped on these spindles?

My 3" spindles have the "bell tech" logo cast into them and a part number cast into them.

Yes, they are drop spindles... and 3" looks right. But the spindles look hella old or someone just didn't paint em before a previous install... IDK

Re: Did I get ripped on these spindles?

Measure them and see where the spindal is from the top in relation to the bottom of the holes for mounting it.
Center of spindal to top and bottom.
Now as far as the make you may find something after they are cleaned up.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Did I get ripped on these spindles?

They're dropped spindles all right, but I'm pretty sure they're not Belltech.

I've put a bunch of Belltech spindles on and they have all been cast with the name on the back side.

A 3 inch Belltech drop spindle should have the part number cast into them too, 3100 if I remember correctly.

Western and Early Classic have their names on them too.

Maybe Chassis Tech ?

Re: Did I get ripped on these spindles?

OK, thanks for ALL the replies and confirmations!

I had a brain freeze and thought the centered spindle meant stock. I'm cleaning these suckers up and will sanblast and paint this week. They're looking a little better with some scotch bright already. Definitely no other markings besides C10 LH/RH.

Re: Did I get ripped on these spindles?

ECE has Early Classic cast into the back of them. Look like 2.5" AIM spindles for 1973 & up to me.

DON'T SANDBLAST without first taping up the spindle portion itself.
