Hood Question
Would a 67 hood fit 69 fenders? I know the 67 fenders did not have marker lights but would the hood allign with the fenders?

No. 67' and 68' hood are exclusive to those 2 years. When changing to the 67'-68' front clip, you need to use the fenders, hood, rad support, and grill. I have heard that the inner fender wells can be 67-72.
