Thanks for the replies my plans are to install a 250 inagrated head 6 cyl. for good gas mileage.

You could put the right 350 or 305 package and get pretty good milage if you wanted.Truck has alot of potential,I have some parts for it if you can't find any,but you shouldn't have any problem,How far is it to Memphis?Welcome

Reason I ask is I stripped my 80 and have most of the parts in the shed,I made a drag truck out of it,PS,PB,AC,Dash,the whole thing!!!!!
