Is there a difference in body of a 68 & 69?
I need a hood and fender for my 1968 c10. I found a hood and fender from a 1969 c10. Will this work? Thats my favorite icon

nope, neither will work.
You need the fender off a 68 chevy, or off a 68 - 72 GMC. Hood off a 67 or 68 chevy or GMC. |

Re: Is there a difference in body of a 68 & 69?
LHM, is right and this is why.
This pic is of a '67 - '68 fender like your's it tapers to a smooth edge on the front. This is a '67 fender, but its identical to the '68 except it has no marker light. This is a pic of '69 - '72 fender. Notice the pronouced ridge on the front for the aluminum grill. Any '68 - '72 GMC fender will work because none of the had the ridge like the '69 - '72 chevy fender.
