I'll be headed back by the end of August, to retire in Feb 2010. MSGROSS offered me a job up in that area, but I haven't been able to talk the wife into it yet.......

Rob, just announced that we are hiring 4 EC-145 (LUH) pilots and another UH-60 simulator IP. We had 17 applications and only 1 guy took the job last time, he wasn't even an IP either! Only other thing they have in the south is Lousiana...

approx $66-70K plus nice bennies...

Re: Tri-Pro's "Project GPW"

Sorry- been busier than a one-armed paper hanger.

Yes I've moved to VA. Just unloaded the truck here yesterday and got it into a rental "Car Club" garage where we've got lifts, and facilities to start work again. Anyone in the Lynchburg area that can wrench and drink beer is MORE than welcome to come tinker.

Jon

Re: Tri-Pro's "Project GPW"

i wish these hobbycarclub type toolplaces where here too , theres only one commercial DIY garage near me and the price to rent a lift for a day is 80 euro .... thats half of my storagepace for a month for 3 pickups i have at the moment unfortunately i can't work on my trucks there

due to bad rep from people growing weed illegally or use the place as a chop chop and the inviromental issues (oil on the floor running off through the sewage and toxic fumes) its verry hard to find a place big enough place for rent when youre not a busness where you can actually work on youre truck two car garages are practicly non existend here
a lot of people renting those buildings out are verry aprehencive when you tell them where you want to use the space for and most other (bigger) places are twice the price what i pay for my home

i got a job again and having fun at it too

idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real

i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts
