Thumbs up Re: WTB rear tail light lenses NOS

The taillight lenses were available from the dealer as late as last year. Some should be still in the system. The part number is 5959111.

The correct '67-'70 backup lenses are 5959462 and 5959463. The '71-'72 lenses are 5961257 5961258. The '71-'72 lenses were available at the dealer until recently.

Re: WTB rear tail light lenses NOS

What's the difference in the 67-70 and the 71-72 reverse lenses?

Lightbulb Re: WTB rear tail light lenses NOS

The'67-'70 backup lenses have a circular pattern cast into them that match the taillight lenses. Also, they are more opaque than the '71-'72 backup lenses. The '71-'72 backup lenses are much more clear, and have a much different pattern. I will try to post pics of both. The differences are very apparent.

Re: WTB rear tail light lenses NOS

I am still looking for the reverse lite lenses for the 67-70 chevy. Also nos or near perfect used lenses for the rear brake lites. I bought something from the site that said they had 11 of them in stock....was not it, will have to send back. Help!
