That's pretty awesome! However, I can understand how a promoter would let people get that close to that much spinning steel under stress! Folks are slow learners when it comes to carnage from a mechanical malfunction. IMHO.

yeah its a new cummins. and it was loaded down pretty good... the C&D chevys got nothing in it for the same reason as stated above even with 4 1/2 ton millitarys spinning a 6 foot v tread at 60mph could be catastrophic .

its a "trucks gone wild" event they are always borderline dangerous as hell.

Kinda like the way all the people gather at the starting line of the drag strip in Phenix City,AL. Idiots!! Look up on Youtube for Edmund Hall or Phenix City Drags and you'll see what Im talking about. Crazy.

I agree about the safety issue there. I looked up the Phenix City races on U-tube.. that is crazy as well. However, I did find this video, wow, these cars are set up they are freaking rockets...
