Not too bad. One of the smoother square-light changes. I think I still prefer the round, but one I would definitely drive.

Re: 1968 Stepside Like OR No-Like
I'm definitely ambivalent.
I'm with Palf on the headlights, though. If somebody were to put it in my driveway & hand me the keys, I'd roll with it, no doubt. P.S. I would have definitely like to have been able to enlarge the pictures to get a better idea of all the other stuff.

Not a fan, but overall, if he came down in price a little, it's something I would buy.
I don't quite understand this statement? They appear to be a small used car dealership. Quote:

Re: 1968 Stepside Like OR No-Like
I think I prefer "round" lights and that price looks a little high but w/o looking at it in person it's hard to tell...it may be a fair price.

Re: 1968 Stepside Like OR No-Like
The engine looks really clean, I'm impressed by that. Personally, I would destroy a white interior, but thats just me.
The headlights look really funky, but certainly give it a distinct look. I think the headlights need a chrome bezel to make it look right, everything else is chrome lined.

Re: 1968 Stepside Like OR No-Like
I really like the stock grill. Might be a good foundation to start with.
Thirdstreet...can't believe that guy would go to all that trouble with beautiful paint and not fix the hood hinges!!!!! It takes about 2 minutes to fix that as long as the hinge pin holes are not egg shaped!

Square headlights don't even look good on the vehicles they're supposed to be on, IMO.

Re: 1968 Stepside Like OR No-Like
Looks to me if they spent all that time and effort changing the front headlights, they should have done something different with the rear ones. I llike the look of the red one posted above better, but stock still looks the best imo.

Re: 1968 Stepside Like OR No-Like
...and not one comment about the custom treatment near the bottom of the cab/fenders/doors, where the lower trim line is and lower body moulding would go. See how it tucks back in?

Re: 1968 Stepside Like OR No-Like
The hearbeat pinstripe (see it down near the body line under the door lock and just above the rocker) and wheels are definitly dating this truck. Sure, I'd roll it but not for that price. How can I say that without looking at it?? It's on a car lot. They are there to make money! I just have a difficult time dealing with car salesmen. Yes, they're entitled to make money, and sure they're going to price high hoping to get what they wanted to begin with... I just can't deal with them.
