Anybody swap an NV4500 into a 72 GMC ?
Wanted to know if this tranny is a viable swap for a 1972 GMC which presently has an SM465 in it. Are there a lot of modifications to be done or is it simply a tranny swap with the addition of a crossmember? Help!!!

It shouldn't be a problem, I've seen threads on this before, but you might want to do a google advanced search on it -
