Thumbs up Mikes Bump & Grind

I just wanted to say thank you to Mike for his "above & beyond the call" service provided to me on a recent order.

1-He answered his phone every time I called.
2-everything he told me was accurate.
3-he was pleasant to talk with.
4- his prices are hard to beat.
5-he did what he said he would.
6-Fed Ex (next day) shipped parts to me in CT at no extra cost, due to a drop ship snafu.
7-knows what he is talking about and didn't BS me at all.

Hey Mike I wish every company I have done business with was this easy.
Next time I need something you sell? You know I will be back.

Re: Mikes Bump & Grind

I just bought a bunch of patch panels from Mike and the customer service and quality of the parts was outstanding. One of the panels that came direct from his supplier had a scrape along the side and a small defect, so I sent Mike a pic (just for his info, I told him it was fine and I could work with it...) He still refunded my money for the piece and told me to keep it. That's the kind of ethic I appreciate. Thanks, Mike!

Re: Mikes Bump & Grind

Just want to add a BUmp or Mike. I had a problem with a ring and pinion i bought from him recently. I called him and he replaced it with a better quality one within a few days. I had to even make him let me pay the difference
