Hydrogin Kits/Running on water

I've been watching the hydrogin kits for some time now. I wanted to know if anyone from the board has installed on any of their vehicles? I've seen the milage increase on the websites however no one locally has installed one. I'm curious to see how it's installed and what are the millage differences on them.

In theory it will work, but for it to work you will have to someway modify the O2 sensor's so the engine will lean out on gas and use more hydrogen.
