69-70 Blazer In Dockers Commercial

I saw it last night....it was real cool...guys go over a cliff and land in a party or something....there is an in cab shot of the driver spilling a drink on his pants...FUNNY!!! I didn't notice any interior things...but it was a red 2wd I think.

Settle down Im pretty sure it was a 4x4. Look at the front tire, you can see a hub.

I just hope that no vehicles were hurt during the filming of that commercial!! I hate when they wreck old cars& trucks!

have you guys ever seen "ground hog day" with Bill Murray? They drive a 71 or 72 longbed 2wd over a huge cliff in a gravel pit.. ......i almost cried

I saw that just yesterday also. I was pissed at first that they would have used a blazer, but it seemed to be OK at the end of the commercial. You know, they probably used on of those Ertl Diecast '69 blazers to do the rolling through the air, if they didn't use computer generated graphics somehow... Just a thought.

the crusher takes care of more classics than hollywood does. personally i would rather see one go out in a blaze of glory(ie. hollywood), than rusting away in someone's backyard(or get crushed for that matter).

i almost forgot to mention something. i was watching misery today and the sheriff that gets shot in the back was driving an old blazer. also in silence of the lambs you can see one of our trucks going down the road in a scene.

It was 4X4. And it appeared to be really dropped in the last part of the commercial. The other parts were stagged, most likely.
