2/4 drop.... What size tires? And what lugnuts with newer chevy rims?

I am lowering my 69 3/4 ton 2 inches in the front and 4 inches in the back.
I am going to run the newer 2500 chevy take offs so i will have a 16 inch rim.
What size tire should I run so the wheel well is still full but im not rubbing?

Also what size lug buts and type of lug nuts do i need for the 2500 chevy take offs to use the center caps?

Please help. Thank you!!!
