NP205 shift pattern???

I'm trying to figure out what position the shift rails must be in to engage the different gears. Such as the shifter rod closer to the input shaft works the rear, but what does it do in and out? The shifter rod closest to the front output works the front, but what does it do in and out? I guess I'm trying to say when is it in hi and low, shift rod in or out?

Low range is with both shift rails pushed all the way back into the case. The rest should be easy to figure out by operating the rails manually.
