those are called flower cars.
they are used in a funeral procession , before, or after the hearse.
mostly only used in cities with clients that could afford that kind of cost.
they were built by the same coach companies that converted the hearses.

Very interesting. I can say I've learned somthing new today. Thanks for the info. I love finding these rare and uniqe vehicles. I wish I had the financial means to collect and restore stuff like that.
