the mufflers are 6" in diameter so theyre actually tucked up pretty far. i think the angle makes it look lower too

I would put some turndown on the ends to make sure to get the exhaust not heat up the bed anymore than it needs to. Looks good.

Looks good. I've thought about going with the ultra flows as well, but how do they sound? Yours runs almost exactly like mine, but I have dumps 2-3" past the back of the cab.

I put the Dynomax HD Super Turbos on my truck.
8 1/3" Dia. by 36" Long! I think they are made for RVs they are so big. They tucked up real nice under the truck and now the tires are the only thing you can hear when I go by. Those things are QUIET! I checked my back pressure and it reads 2 1/2 psi at full throttle. No restriction and no noise. Hard to get both! |

Looks good! For me, it was a toss up between the Dynomax Super Turbos and the Ultra Flows. In the end, it came down to money but I've always wondered what the Ultra Flows sound like and how they flow. I do like my Super Turbos though!

Looks good.
I had a friend measure and bend all the pipe I needed for my truck, and I welded it together at his shop (Better than laying in the dirt below the truck.) I think it turned out 'well'. I'll have to take some pictures - maybe when I lower the ol' beast. Jeff
