photo op I havent done in a while

I did this once about 4 years ago... but I was out and about in the beast with my son today and found myself here.... had to do it... kicked the kid out and tossed him my camera.
Not a bad shot for a 15 year old.

So the Longhorn is running. Is it sporting the Caddy or the 454?

It takes true talent to take a picture and get a whole Longgggghorn in it.

that`s a cool shot.Aren`t you glad your rides with your son were/are in these trucks?I have great memories myself. It sure made it more special to me.

Re: photo op I havent done in a while

the truck is in semi-limp mode. The 425 is still makin death noises and hemriging oil (and now coolant) from every seam. 3 years of abuse and neglect and running it 3500 - 4000 RPM... I got my money (free) out of it.
The 454 is coming soon... Even with as dirt cheap as it is, something keeps popping up, so the fundage hasn't showed up yet.
My son Jay could care less about what he cruises in. If it is raining, then I get to hear about window seals and leaking upper cowl leaks, and this and that, and no radio, and being hot, and hard to open the windows.... blah blah blah.
