cab ????
ok i got an 80 c10 with damage to the cab .... i am buuing another cab off of a 78 c10 how hard will it be and what all do i need to do ...never did a cab swap yet

should be pretty easy as its a direct swap.. they all follow the same lines so there are no other mods to the cab to make...

i'm about to swap a 74 cab onto a 79 chassis...should be interesting. hopefully everything will fit

There are several things to disconnect like mentioned above . Also , dont forget about the emergency brake cable . 73-80 cabs are basically the same except for a few differences . Seat belt mounting changed over the years .73-76 seem to be the same . 77 is almost a unique setup . 78-80 have the same style seat belts as the 81-87 style . If you have enough help or a lift , it is a straight forward job .

ibefor removing both cabs the doors,seats and anything else i can remove will be ....plus i will have 3 ppl helping me
