stepside spare tire fender bracket

Does anyone manufacture the fender mounted spare tire bracket for a 67 Chevy stepside? I've checked everywhere and I can't find any helpful info as to how/where to purchase the parts. I've been checking the junk yards for months with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: stepside spare tire fender bracket

I see them at Pullapart occasionally. I have gotten them before and also left them before. I have had 3 or 4 in the past that I sold on Ebay. If your not in a hurry the next time I see one I will get it and ship it to you just for what I have in it plus shipping. NO profit on my end so the mods don't get me. Also try Ebay. I have searched for them before on the bay and they are hard to find because of the wording in your search. Just try 3 or 4 different word arrangements and you will see a few. By the way the long step is very different than the short step bracket. So if you find one on Ebay make sure its for a short step. The Long step bracket is riveted to the angle bracket that mounts to the bed side. The short step bracket has to go thru the fender so you have to unbolt it from the verticle bracket. Hope this helps.
