it will if you remove 1/4 of an inch out of the top of the radio face area.

I've done it. Wasn't worth it. Looks funny and the shafts don't line up 100% correctly. I would only do it again if I were going to cut out that section and move the holes to fit properly. I cut mine out and put the original size back in there.
