Is this 1st gear or PARK?
So I have a rebuilt Th350 and ready to hook up a B&M shifter. Looks like from the previous owner the transmission was for a column shifter. How do I know that the transmission is in PARK? The first picture is with the lever all the way FORWARD (assumming that is park). The second picture is the lever BACK (assuming 1st gear). Should it be all the way back for park or all the way forward?

Re: Is this 1st gear or PARK?
with those autos there is always 2x the movement to get to park.
so each gear wil be a little click, and then at the end there is a long click to park.
