I never heard that GM ever offered center seat belts on 67-72 trucks. I wonder if those are not for a newer truck.

Yes, seat belts were offered for 3 people in our trucks. I have seen it on quite a few spids(center seat belt). In 72, it was standard to have 3 seat belts from all of the trucks I have looked at.
