fuel line is empty...!!!!!

parking my truck overnight the fuel line from the pump to the monojet Rochester carburetor become empty of fuel....
where is the problem.

oh the choke is dismounted does that affect.

My guess is the fuel pump is leaking. Is your oil level going up? They can leak into the engine, leak externally, or I suppose they could even leak back into the fuel tank. I would change the pump, and if the oil level is up change the oil.
