Brake Pressure Warning Switch
I am just guessing, but these arent stock on 71 trucks are they if there are is it close the to the master cylinder somewhere?

They came on 71's. It is mounted on the combination valve. Often the emergency brake uses the same light & doesn't return far enough to turn it off or gets out of adjustment.

combination valve is also called proportioning valve its mounted next to master cylinder// i've never seen or heard of alight on the emergancy brakes for these trucks

Agreed, no parking brake lights in 67 - 72 trucks. |

when ,my parking brake is on my brake waring lihgt is on? when i let it off it goes off

look for an added switch on your pedal. Never seen one stock like that, never seen reference to a stock one, never seen anything on any schematics (to include one from GM printed for techs for the new model 72 cars and trucks).
