? about 67 hubcaps

Can someone show me what options were available for hubcaps on a 67 C10? I had some painted ones (not any more) & they didn't look like some of the more rounded ones I have seen on here. I would like to eventually get some of the correct ones. Thanks for any help.

I have the original white and orange ones on my truck. I can take a close up if you need it.

What year are these supposed to go with? This is a 3/4 ton 16" wheel.

I really wish I had a set of those dog dish caps from a 67 posted at the top. painted or stainless... it dosen't matter. But, then I would need the wheels to hold them.

This isn't anything like a 67/68 3/4 ton hubcsp... that wouldn't even go on a 67/68 truck

Re: ? about 67 hubcaps

68 was the last year for clip-type hubcap mounting. The clips require a special inner lip on the hubcapIin`69 the nub-type began use on the 8-lug trucks. That`s the design used ever since.69-72 used blue on all bowties. The ones with yellow bowties are 73-75.

Re: ? about 67 hubcaps

Weren't there some kind of clips on my original 3/4 ton split rims? Is that what they were for?

Re: ? about 67 hubcaps

How about removing clips from a split rim wheel and rivit them on to a newer ( mid 80's ) 8 lug wheel ?

Re: ? about 67 hubcaps

I should answer the question first before the suggestion. Yes, the 1/2 and 3/4 caps look the same from the front, but the backs have different measurements.
