Re: Project' 69 c10 aka sin.

Walked out in the gardge to change the rear centers. Stunk of a perfuce oder. Walked around the front of her and saw a "leak". Smelling like dirty gas. I thought the feul pump broke turns out a gas line just broke thanks to dry rot. Got a new one in there lost a little bit of gas though. But had a nice fire to warm my hands up by.
Got one of the other centers on the back that don't have a hole, gonna do the other now.
Peace.

Re: Project' 69 c10 aka sin.

So i need someones opion.
I have the Chance to trade my old chrome american racing rims for a set of 4 15x8 Steel rallies with trim rings and centers.
Would this be a good trade if i get my tires back.

Do you think the 15x10s are a little big?

Re: Project' 69 c10 aka sin.

I'm not planning on going with a wood bed. rots and is expensive... ect.
My dad has some scrap material laying in the yard that will work. I'm using it cause its FREE. Its called bdeck its for roofs, but you can walk on it. Its made of steel, i have more than enough to do the bed. It looks kinda like a stock bed sorta. I just have to dig it out of the snow bank. But i got my truck in the heated shop today and painted 2 of the wheels. Also had to work on the exhaust and i took the seat cover off.
Looking at gettin a 2.2L s10 with a five speed 2 door cab with a short box just a little pickup for my dd. but we will see.
here are some pics i took today.
My dad found some work for the timber jack so its gone and we rearranged the trucks so i could have the heated space for a week or 2.

Black on black

seat looks alright kinda ripped but not to bad

Again black rims.
