Here we go again, parting out 72 Cheyenne Super

First of all, I just got this truck yesterday so I haven't pulled any parts yet. I will need some time to get condition and price on some items. I will list them and prices as they become available. The truck has been sitting under an oak tree for years and years.

72 Cheyenne Super, 350, auto., lonbox. Body is shot, cab is badly rusted around the top of the windshield and rain gutters, all body panels are shot excpet for the doors which are ok. core support looks shot, passenger inner fender is bad, most of the interior is rough.

It has tilt steering column, factory AC, PS, PB, bench seat, it was blue and white originally so some stuff has been painted over badly. I will update as parts become available and it is first come first served, if you even mention a part I consider that interest and you will be first.

the tilt column is nice and tight, pretty good shape includes steering wheel which has some cracks $300 plus shipping, I will disassemble for shipping.
plastic Tough Guard bedliner made specifically for these trucks $50 NO SHIPPING

Re: Here we go again, parting out 72 Cheyenne Super

Put me in line for rear and front window trim, chrome wing windows, a/c ball (under hood) and engine block w/ oil pan, timing chain cover, heads and intake manifold (if not cracked). I can do a drive by... and pick up... DP
Take a look at the bed liner.

Re: Here we go again, parting out 72 Cheyenne Super

I have started a written list of members and interest, I will inspect these parts and price them but please be patient with me pulling the parts. I am very particular about pulling them carefully. I also research prices which takes a little time. I try to price things fairly and I know some members can vouch that they got a good deal on the 68 I parted out a couple of week ago. I still have parts to pull on that truck too, so I will inspect and price the parts, then pull them.

Most of what you guys want is in good shape

IndyRich, the headliner trim pieces were in "pieces" laying on the floor, they were also spray painted black, Sorry.

70c/10 barebone, the bed floor is rusted through in a few small areas but amazingly the bed floor itself is very straight, the cross sills look good and the rear pan is ok, I'll get pics for you.

D PASSMORE, the engine runs, no fluid crossover, seems to be all good and I am fairly sure it's the original engine. The vent windows are rusted where the glass goes in the frames.

More to follow.
