What’s the procedure for swapping a TBI 454 into a TBI 350 truck?

Plug and Play, or do I need to swap ECM’s as well?

Anyone have any insight on all the little particulars?

It should be plug and play, the throttle body on the 454 will have bigger bores and injectors. The PROM may be different, but the ECM is the same, IIRC. It should just plug right in.
