Yes and no.

It will bolt up to the engine, but not the transfer case. You would need to get either the np208 or the np241 transfer case, and new drive lines.

The spline count on the transmission on the th350 is different then the 700r4.

Just a thoguht but if I was in your shoes id just get a set of 1 ton axles for it instead of regearing your half tons. I have done a lot of wheeling and it seems like you like to. The Dana 44 and 12 bolt you have in that truck are a pair of ticking time bombs with big tires hooked to em.

Also you do have a 203, so you are half way on your way to a 203/205 doubler. That means you could run 3.73 gears and get deacent mileage on the highway with your taller tires, and then be able to double down your four wheel drive so you have plenty of torque on the trails.

you can check out off road design, they have kits for the doubler. Well and lots of other goodies like high steer kits for your dana 60.

I just got tires for it so ir i get 3/4 axles i gota get new tires and rim which i dont want to

You should be able to sell those tires and rims for close to what you have in the tires.

I am speaking from experince, I had a 70 short bed 4x4 when I was in highschool, and running 33" tires I broke the dana 44 trying to climb up a hill, not rock crawling, they really arent very strong in a truck, they do well in a jeep because jeeps are way lighter than a pickup. You would probably be able to sell the 44 pretty easy for that reason.

With 35's and 4.11's you will be turning 2960 RPM to do 75 MPH, that is going to suck a lot of fuel. If you stuff an over drive in it like a NV4500 you could bring that down to 2161 RPM.

Just something for you to consider because right now with your 3.07's you are only pulling 1614 RPM @ 75 MPH, so as you gear your truck down your fuel consumption is going to go up exponentially.

Never had a problem with the danna 44 befor
and with the 3.07 dose not help with my gas cuz there to high geared and i run 2500 rpm at 70 mph
With high gears there is no gear reduction to help turn the tires
And 3/4 axles are not cheep its more money to swap axles then to get them re geared

And its not like there is a lack of power i got plenty of that

Chavyluv, I have a friend who has one identical to yours. It runs, drives and is mean. He parked it two years ago and hasn't touched it since. No paticular reason just parked it and he won't sell it I've tried. It was his graduation gift and he's had for about 20 years.

Mine is a hard cover by Gaylord....google them. It's nice, totally flat, has 2 locks and nice lift arms. Pretty easy to get on and off, but you need help.
