366 bigblock chevy?

who has one in there truck i would like to know, im planing on building one!

i have one in my 57 truck.....oops read that wrong....thought it said 396

im kinda close to getting one for 100 bucks but i dont want it if i cant gt a little performance out of it!

The 366 is a 'tall deck' truck big block. They have 4 ring low compression pistons, 4 bolt blocks, and 'peanut port' heads. Not a performance engine. You could change the heads, cam, pistons, and intake/carb., and probably come close to a good 350, but it's a heavy engine and will be thirsty. They are very durable though.

ill try to be iv been looking for a big block for ever but i cant find one in my price range but ill just keep on trying!
