What are these brackets on my 66 3/4 ton frame?

Need some help with these. I think (correct me if I'm wrong) the first bracket is for the clutch linkage, but I don't know what the second picture is. I'm about to prep my frame for paint, and want to go ahead and remove any unnecessary stuff (i.e. factory exhaust hangers, rear cab perches I'm replacing with 1/2 ton perches, etc.). I don't need clutch linkage - going to NV3500 with hydraulic clutch.
I removed all of the park brake cables, and they didn't use it, is it another exhaust hanger? Thanks for any help.

The first bracket is on the driver's side of frame, forward of the tranny crossmember.
Second bracket is on driver's side of frame, about halfway between the tranny crossmember and the carrier bearing crossmember.

The first one is the frame mount for the "Z" bar for the clutch linkage. The second one is the factory exhaust hanger. I remove these and use them on the other side when installing dual exhaust, to keep the factory look and make both sides uniform.

That's a great idea; I'll have to go rob one from one of my other frames for when I run duals.

Went ahead and cut the clutch linkage bracket off. Thanks for the help, both of you.
