brake booster help.

well I am getting all my stuff together for the brake swap. I am switching from power 4 wheel drum to 4 wheel disc. I have everything I need ecept for one more rear caliper. My question is what if anything am I going to have to do with my booster and master cyl? Will this need to be changed? Am I just needing a new prop valve? New booster? Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks guys.
