Re: fuel ????
Take off the gas cap and stick your nose in the tank. If it smells like dirty sweat socks, drain the tank. After this amount of time you may have water seperation or the gas may have started to turn to varnish. Either way, it's probably not something you want to run thru your engine. However, if you enjoy changing fuel filters, flushing fuel lines and rebuilding carburators, let 'er rip!

Re: fuel ????
i'd just add a bit of new hitest to it and run it// if there were no fuel issues b4 there should b no problem// it might not run great but wont do any harm it will run better once the old is run thru and your running on new gas

Re: fuel ????
Try adding sea foam gas additive. Most parts stores have it

Re: fuel ????
Way back in the '70's I had a '72 GMC with a 350. I use to put unused pre-mixed gasoline in it, of course usually no more than a gallon of mixed gasoline to a tank of gasoline.
It never hurt it and it ran fine. Sea Foam is a great additive, I use it when I first start driving a truck, it helps clean out all the junk in the fuel system. Danny

Re: fuel ????
mix some good gas to it,..it ain't gonna hurt anything to start it,run it,what ever it,..it just might smoke a little and run a little rougher than it did, and when you feel you are good, it wouldn't hurt to change your fuel filter,..you'll be all right.

Re: fuel ????
I would siphon the tank. I've had gas go bad in under a year. Drove me nuts cause the truck wouldn't start. Tried adding good gas to it as well.
