Steering question.

I bought my scottsdale with a lift on it already. I think its a 6" or 8" lift. I don't think anything was done to fix the steering because it barely turns left and the natural state of the steering wheel is upside down. What would be the cheapest and easiest way to fix this? I have seen drop pitman arms and steering blocks but I don't know what would be best. Thanks

Pics of the truck. It's on 38.5x11 boggers. I think it is a 6 inch kit because the back has blocks and an add a leaf but wonder if it is an 8" because the truck clears the boggers pretty well.
