Thanks for the compliments.
I haven't had it long enough to get it real clean yet. This winter All the rust is going to be fixed and the truck needs repainted. I paid 1650 for it 2 months ago.I am happy with it so far.

Yes that motor was in it.But it isn't new.
That is the original 350.Never been rebuilt either.I am the 3rd owner. The guy I bought it from knew the original owner. And remember when he bought it new.It still has the owners manual in the original plastic. The glove box is perfect as far as the cardboard stuff goes. I just put that intake and carb on.What you can't see is I put a new cam, lifters, timing chain set,and an HEI distrubitor in it.It is burning oil.I have a good 350 short block out of a 79 chevy truck that I am going to rebuild and put it in there.I am keeping the original motor and trans.I plan on swapping a 4 speed in it one day.

Wish I could find a truck that clean up here at the head waters of the rust belt!! It would get $1000.00 more up here in a heart beat! Very scenic spot for those first pictures. Were're just leafing out up here, but with all the rain, the creeks are full!
