Re: Exhuast help
Flowtech afterburners. There is hardly any restriction and with turn downs they will be even louder. Careful where you place the turn downs with these because if you are to close to the cab the resonance is extreme.

Re: Exhuast help
The spin tech mufflers not only sound the best imo, but they are proven to be the least restrictive while enhancing flow characteristics beyond all competition mufflers.
Spend your money wisely, spin techs Are not just for drag strip queens... but they have mild street applications too! Check them out.

Re: Exhuast help
If you want loud I would get some Moroso or Dynomax Bullets. They sound great.

There is more than loud to consider...it's the quality of sound thats important. Some mufflers are able to transmit that "Deep" throat sound while others are more tinny...Another thing to think about is the drone of the exhaust while driving. Some systems can keep the sound to a minimum so you can listen to the radio or your co-pilot. I had 40's and in my old age they were to loud at driving speeds. This is just some food for thought.

Re: Exhuast help
if you just want loud, dont run mufflers. if you want a performance motor you cant just add parts. compression ratio, cam, carb, and exhaust system must be matched. hate to see someone spend a lot of money to just make noise. do some research ,talk to local speed shops, and choose your parts wisely.

Re: Exhuast help
My magnapaks are way louder than 40's when you're in the throttle but no drone when cruising
