hey! does anybody know the optimum angle of the watts link center at ride height? thanks-Mark

porterbuilt says they should be parallel at ride height, hopefully he is right because that how i set mine up, sorry messed up that first pic is fully dumped, i will try again

For best results the center piece should be straight up and down (or at least the mounting holes should be) and your bars should be parallel to the ground. That will put you dead in the center of the travel.

My estimation is that the angle of the center link makes no difference on the horizontal load forces as long as the bars are mounted parallel at ride height and you have more then enough centered verticle change in height due to the geometry of the bar lengths and pivot locations.

Before you make it in metal, make it whith cardboard and thumbtacks so you can maximize your verticle straight line motion and minimize your bar length to your specific needs.
