Spedometer Cable Routing

I'm finally going to put a speedometer cable in my 63, but I forgot where it goes through the firewall. There is a round hole to the lower right of the steering column looking from the drivers seat. Is that where it goes?

Yes, that's where it goes. A grommet is made to snug in up too. One thing that I learned is to fasten the speedo cable to frame etc. to prevent it from wipping around which leads to trouble.

Thanks Big Fenders. Good tip on fastening the cable too.
