seat spring?
Got my bench seat back from the upholstrey shop today and found a large spring...loose...I do not remember where it goes..for that matter I don't remember it at all.... the seat tracks work great...where does this spring go?..passenger side?.........install seat tomorrow...thanks...J

That spring goes about half way between the ends of the seat and holds the 1/8" bar up (runs from track to track) so it doesn't sag. Does that make sense?
It looks kinda too long, but hard to get an idea of the size with no reference.

The spring pictured goes on the seat as an assist to pull the seat forward when you work the seat adjustment. It hooks to the seat track and the seat so that there is tension on pulling the seat forward. It can be seen in Dan's picture on the left.
