I knew that comment might come up.

There is one MAJOR reason that they're not in there now.
After 7 operations on BOTH Shoulders, Wrists and Tendons in the last 2 years, I don't have the Strength to lift them in myself,
and I DON'T want to risk screwing them up because I "didn't want to wait".

Another reason, is that its been 6 Months since I bought these seats, and my Wife has been along for that Journey (Good & Bad), so she wants to help me install them tomorrow.

Not a lot of guys are married for 20 years and have their Wife say,.........
"No your NOT...because I wanna help you install them"!

My Wife is a Hot Rodders Dream. Restores her own Cars and would rather go to a Car/Bike Show, then to watch ANY type of Sports.

Seats are in!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the Late Posting.
Here's a few pic plus (as always) I put up Detailed pictures on my Webpage.

Go to: http://home.pon.net/wwotr/towing.htm

Scroll down to "Custom Seat Installation" picture Gallery.

Initial observations, are that the Seats are VERY comfortable and they have a great Firmness to them.
I was afraid they would sit TOO HIGH, given the Seat (and Sub Frame),
but that couldn't be further from the Truth.
They are a breeze to get in/out of.
Now I go for more of the "Hot Rod" look, where as some here (and my Wife), go for the Stock look, so these seats may not appeal to those of you.
Compared to a broken down Bemch Seat, these are FANTASTC!
After waiting an initial 6 Months since I first purchased them, it was well worth the wait.
If I can answer any of your questions, concerning MY experience/installation with these seats from "Discount Van",
please feel free to post here or send a Private E-Mail or PM.

Ya know, another exciting thing with regards to the installation, was the fact that after 6 Months of these seats sitting in my SMALL 290 SQ FT Garage, was that I got all the Boxes, Cardboard, Packing Paper, Bubble Wrap, out of the bed of my Truck, and out of the Garage!

The next "Test" was that my engine cranked over without ANY problems after sitting in the Garage for OVER 3 Months, in the Dead of Winter Cold/Snow, without any trickle charge or jumping.
I'm running an Optima Yellow Top Battery.

The last Test, (because I have a tried 350/Turbo 350), was to see how MUCH oil/tranny Fluid leaked onto the Garage Floor.
I'm happy to say that after 3 Months, there was NO ENGINE Leakage and there was a 4" Diameter of Tranny Fluid, (more like a "Stain" NOT a puddle),
on the floor.

Re: Purchasing my seats today!!!

I kind of like the seat without the headrest. What size seats did you get. I know they have different size widths. Looks good!
