Re: The Paddock

I returned a couple of items last week, that I didn't need. Today the Fed Ex guy dropped my package off at my shop. It has a tag on it saying it was refused by the customer (The Paddock). I tried to call them to find out why. I got the same thing. We are closed. Call back during normal business hours, etc. WTF!

Re: The Paddock

I just talked to my buddy who lives in Knightstown, IN... He told me they boarded up their new building... Out of Business... He heard about it from a friend of his who used to work there... and went down the road to see it. He called me because he knew I was into classic car and truck parts. It was kinda sad to hear because my dad and I used to road trip down there to pick up parts for the Camaro's we used to own.

Re: The Paddock

I haven't even heard the name "paddock" in at least 5 years.
The same with "the parts place" and "tamarack"

Nowadays all i deal with is "j.c. whitney"
"LMC" "jegs" and "summit"

Re: The Paddock

The Auto parts business is a very tough and competitive business to be in.
