Anbody buy this one?? 68 50th SWB in NC

Alright....who stole...er....I mean bought this extra nice 68 50th SWB...badged CST too....in Charlotte today.....

This thing is in GREAT shape....only rust I saw was in the passenger door bottom and the tailgate bottom....the old guy was the 2nd owner, use to camp out of it when he was hunting....
Has a 327 with auto tranny the two-tone seats and of course that 2-tone paint....

Whoever go it...did REAL good!!!

Thats one positive thing about this sh!tty economy (if you can see the glass 1/2 full) is all the nice vehicals & nos parts coming out of moth balls & going up 4-sale. john

Yeah...the guy got there like 30 minutes before me....but the old guy selling it was nice to talk to....he actually had this and a 67-72 chevy 4x4 that he's had forever....and sold them both today!!!.....

I took some pics on my phone camera, I'll post them up tomorrow....but the SPID didn't come out too good....he sold it for his asking price...told me he wasn't gonna budge from it....$3k....I think it was well worth it....the bed was immaculate too.....I was jealous, but glad someone else got it before I had to explain to my wife why there was an old truck sitting in the driveway!!!

Said the guy left a deposit and would pick it up later today....may call him next week just for the fun to make sure it got gone

man, I would have sold off the camper shell, bagged it, and drove it as is....I hope something like that pops up local to me...
