Just picked up this complete original 71, old man had in new mexico had it, bought new and has had it till. Can't wait to do another one. Here are a few pics.

Hopefully I can do something similar to it, like my other trucks that are posted on this patina thread. See what i can come up with thats laying around in the garage. My little VEGA truck and Belly Tank truck on this thread probably how this one will end up.

Probably just do another patina truck, maybe logo on the doors, lower it, pretty far, then just clean it up. Put some cool old school speed parts on it. Then just beat the truck around town like that, try to not spend alot of money on it and enjoy joy it. Probably windup like my other 2 trucks that are pictured on this thread.

I met GK sport and got to see his truck in person last saturday after leaving YearOne .I was going down I-85 and stopped for gas at the first station on my side and there he was .I got my gas in the El Camino and then walked over and introduced myself to him. He was very nice and enjoyed meeting a fellow member of the board. I have now met 3 board members.
