I'm supposed to get something from ECE via UPS today...but am guessing its the boxing plates I ordered that were b/o... along with the spindles.

Yeah its been gone a while now. Thanks.

I went up to Southern Kentucky Classics and bought some parts and ordered my vintage air kit and a grill. I also ordered a 4/6 drop kit from ECE. The guy said the spindles are another week out.

I sold it already. I'm going to put in a stereo. I have one of those polished aluminum bezels that a board member made. it goes around the cd player faceplate.

well...hopefully its not too long as I'll probably have the rest of the frontend in place in a week and a half or so.

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

I've been ready. I have the arms painted and ball joints in. its holding me up as I want to finish up the front and then move to the rear. I don't like yanking and pulling nuts and bolts while its on jackstands. I got some parts painted in the meantime. I'll post pics later.

Young Frankenstein will be hibernating over the summer while we go to the lake nearly every weekend, I'll probably wait to start a thread until then.

Looking good. I have to admit...I really like the look of grade8 bolts on a freshly painted black frame. I just went and bought some more for mine the other day!

Re: Chucks SWB Fleetside

I'm still waiting on my ECE spindles...but CPP did ship a bunch of stuff today...minus the lower control arm cross shafts. So...I couldn't put the front end together anyway.
