Will it work
I found a cab and doors for 400$ no rust, no dents, the truck that we are going to put it on is a 70 I dont know what year the cab is should I have any major problems. If it has a cables style throttle could I convert it some how to the rod style? and if the e-brake isnt floor opperated could I change to be floor operated(sorry if that coonfused you).

You can interchange almost anything on these cabs, If you have all the parts on one to switch to the other. As far as the throttle set up...I would keep the cable arrangement over the rod. e-brake should swap out..may have to drill a few holes, but it will fit. Nice find on a rust, and dent free cab!!! I'd swap parts too if I found one.

If it has a cable throttle, and is original...then it is a 71 or a 72.
No you shouldn't have any real problems. |
