Brake/Fuel Line Clips - Difference?

I'm ready to order my brake and fuel lines from inline tube. I'm looking at buying new clips for both lines. I have a 71 Blazer and the only clips they show are for a 71-72 2wd truck. I called and they were clueless.

What is the difference on the clips between 2wd and 4wd trucks?

Would I get away with ordering a set of 2wd brake and fuel clips?

Also, does anyone else have a different route for clips that would be better than what Inline Tube has to offer?

Thanks in advance.

Here is the link to there clip page:

I imagine the difference would be front diff vs crossmember.

Re: Brake/Fuel Line Clips - Difference?

You think that would change the line clips?

Re: Brake/Fuel Line Clips - Difference?

I don't think the clips themselves would be any different for 2 vs. 4wd.

But the different brake line routing up front likely changes the number of of clips that would be included in a kit. So you might come up a clip or two short or end up with some extras.

Re: Brake/Fuel Line Clips - Difference?

The brake lines are different, the clips are the same. The 71 2wd is different from the 2wd 72 lines as well (at the rear hose).
