Help on static drop hieght... 86 swb

Really could use some help with what to lower my truck. Im going with 18's in fornt and 20's out back. Im at stock height as of now, this is a daily driver keep that in mind, I do want it low but no so low that it rides way to rough or keeps me from wanting to drive it very far. Also could use suggestions on tire size would like some meat on these wheels. Any pics of 18s an 20 combo would be helpful also.

I'm lowered 2.5/4, and the ride is as good as it ever was. I'm running 15s, though. I would expect the wheel setup you are using to ride worse due to the shorter sidewalls.
